Oh hell, we'll need some female perspective in that case. I'm not sure I can help ya there.

Ok let's go for the Pro's and Cons of a penis:

Pros:

*Easy to urinate
*Less effort to masturbate
*Easy to satisfy during sex
*Erection

Cons:
*It has the supplement of two testicles (not that I don't like mine), Kinda shitty for us to be honest. We need to stuff em up in our shorts and rearrange them often. They accumulate sweat and bad smell as a result.
*Erection
*Bad looks (it's not the most aesthetic organ you've ever seen)

I dunno can't think of many cons.

heard of penis envy but this...you lost it man.

well at least nowadays you have opportunity to fulfill this wish.
so either go to plastic surgeon or use do-it-yourself approach.
