a little FUN clue was hidden in the poem:

Luigi grinned wide, “We’re here to help.
Keep things calm, avoid a yelp.

Welcome to the game Halrob! You are the Retired Town Doctor.

You have the following active ability:

Each Night, you may target a player. Assuming no interference with your action, that player will be protected from one kill that night.
You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

However, your visits and medicine are not without risk:

Cop: "Funny, wrong feels right and right feels light".
Town: “Doctor, what did you inject him with?”
Doctor: “Me and cops are a bad mix, I saved the cop’s brain, but like… backwards. When I visit blue, red turns to white”

You may not post any of this directly in game! (no copy paste)

----------------------

Welcome to the game Ragian ! You are a 1-shot Bulletproof Ascetic Townie.

You are ONE NIGHT ONLY, assuming no interference, protected from kill(s) that target you.

Any actions (other then kill actions), that target you on any other night then your 1 shot bulletproof protection is in play will fail as if roleblocked.

You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Confirm by replying to this PM with a summary of your role.

--------------------------

Welcome to the game Devante! You are a Town Nurse (back up Doc).

You have the following active ability:

Each Night, but only once a non-Backup Doctor has died, you may target a player. Assuming no interference with your action, that player will be protected from one kill that night.
You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

You may self target But as doc you can’t target the same person twice in a row!.

Also:
• You know that a town Quack Doctor exists in the game.
• You do not know who the Quack is.
• The Quack Doctor does not know he is a Quack either but he can affect the cop's judgement.
• You may not directly claim this knowledge in thread or claim to be the Nurse (the host enforces silence by rule). Faillure to do so will result in your and the real doctor's instant death.
• No night ability—your power is social deduction and quiet guidance.

Wait with your role confirmation in thread untill the message that all roles are sended out appears. And have fun!

(Devante was vanilla townie N0 and got Loose Canon's role)

Thanks, I was lucky not being killed.
@ Ragian, I wonder if I will play the next game differently?
I thought it was a condition, if L-4 you self lynch since Quack Doc.

Will add think Ragians game where he was 3p and won really had me biased and his back and forth between me and help last day. the roles was a struggle too since mechanically it seemed ragians was too overpowering for town but guess I misread that. Worse culprit though was Sonic’s flavor, definitely has me second guessing everything and going back and forth on what I thought.

I THINK WE GOT A NEW PLAYER HOOKED!!

Also EW was right on the money N1 - he got a few times confused too but the AHA! kicked in - i was pretty sure EW's actions secured a TOWN WIN fast! =D> =D> =D>

Loose also played a hell of an "underdog" game =D> =D> =D> losing his 2 mafia buddies N1 and D2 =D> =D> =D> and Ragian was right like he always is (but you just don't know if its a TOWN or SCUM Ragian...) =D> =D>

Nah, you're fine, Dev. You got it wrong, and so did I from my early intangible suspicions of Hjelp till the end when he voted first. And I don't blame your bias. I'd been just as "fool me once..." I would like a beer, though. That's absolutely true.

I think that someone's back and forth would indicate town rather than scum, and I disagree that gameplay favoured Hjelp, but it's quite evident that I fucked up twice this game. I can't believe that I chalked up ascetic town to flavour instead of researching the role  and I should've pounded Hjelp's newbie mistake more than I did. But the self-protection fucked me up... I gotta get back to revising my own play.

So, yeah, we lost it together, mate. Congrats to the Swede. Well played. I must remember to stick to my gut when that's what I'm preaching

Good game, Son!c. I apologise for my giant mistake, but I take solace in the fact that I did not read a single poem

On that note, Dev, would you highlight what in my gameplay, apart from my glaring mistake, that swayed you? If you prefer a PM, I'm cool with that, too. I always want to better myself. Cheers.

What a great game, well done Sonic!! Hjelp, congratz, you surely had me fooled as well, well done!

The reason i investigated Ragian twice is the first one I was blocked, and I believed if I could get a result from Ragian being Town or Mafia, then the game could have changed a bit more towards Town. Well done for Loose to kill me right at the right time.

EW, is going to host the next one?

Yeah, mate. If I had known about my role being uninvestigate...an...able... THAT'S A WORD! Anyway, if I had gotten that through my thick forehead, I would've played this differently. This really taints my performance.

Roster looks wild already—just hoping we don’t get trapped with Jester vibes if signups stall again.

Congrats Hjelp. I was not happy with how I played this game. I couldnt be active enough at the beginning and then by the time I did, it was late in the day and I ended up being night killed. I always intended to act somewhat suspiciously to throw off attention from Loose and King who I felt had stronger roles than I did, but with Ragian's allegations suspicion built early and I wasnt active enough to manage it.

To be honest, I was just throwing stuff at the wall. It's called pure luck. Such a shame that I was handed that by the mafia gods only to squander it by not knowing my role.

Also, I really think that Hjelp played a good game. Especially D3 and D4 were masterful.
