Wonder If The Clan World Should Be Worried
Mike22 is listed as a member for the Band of Brothers clan not Manifest Destiny
Should Band of Brothers get this Infraction instead of Manifest destiny ?
R1 - MD vs VNM: MD breaking 1 clan rule with player Mike22. Warning for Mike22. Reminder for MD.
I understand the rule :
A player who played for one clan in CL10, cannot play for another clan in CL10
But, CLX has not even started yet - so how can there be an Infraction ?
Extensions + Infractions
Premier Division
Extentions
R1 - SOH home games: 48hrs.
R1 - FALL home games: 24hrs.
Infraction
R1 - S&M vs TOP: S&M did not fill home games on time: 1st Warning issued.
Second Division
Infractions
R1 - MD vs VNM: MD breaking 1 clan rule with player Mike22. Warning for Mike22. Reminder for MD.
R1 - A^ vs LHDD: A^ did not fill home games on time. 1st Warning issued and reminder sent.

I don’t think there’s any reason to worry, there was only two extensions and one infraction / warning for late games. I don’t know what SOH reason for it was but I was sick all week. Just sort of snuck up on me trying to survive life. I think we all run into that from time to time.InnyaFacce wrote:WOW First Week Of CLX - Extentions Already Required

I haven’t looked but I wouldn’t be surprised. Once it gets going it’s easier to get into the flow of the event and not be surprised / caught unprepared at the beginning when planning occurs.rockfist wrote:There are typically more infractions and extensions in the first few rounds than in subsequent rounds.

CLX started October 14. At the time of the infraction he was registered with both clans. He was also in games with BOB and had joined 2 games with MD.InnyaFacce wrote:WOW First Week Of CLX - Extentions Already Required ... Infractions Handed Out

This is absolutely true in my experience.rockfist wrote:There are typically more infractions and extensions in the first few rounds than in subsequent rounds.

After my PM the situation got resolved quickly and you would not have noticed the infraction.
I hope this clears it up for you,

I know the differences between State Laws and Federal Laws - my wife is a Lawyerrockfist wrote:It’s really quite simple. There are clan rules that apply at all times and there are clan league rules that apply only to clan league. The one clan rule applies at all times. Think of it like federal law applies no matter what state you are in, but a state law of Michigan does not apply in Ohio. Federal law would apply in both Michigan and Ohio.

This is stated in the Rules for CLX (see Rules spoiler of first post of this thread):InnyaFacce wrote:I know the differences between State Laws and Federal Laws - my wife is a Lawyerrockfist wrote:It’s really quite simple. You did not give any proof to any infraction that has occured
The 1 Clan rule is a general Clan Department Rule. All the CC and Clan rules will be in effect, unless stated otherwise in this post.
