Some of your borders are looking a bit jagged, the Shenyang/Dead territory border in particular. You could probably use a bit more definition in the legend as well. A small shadow or outline to the text will perhaps fix it up. Apart from those little things, the map is shaping up nicely Wisse.
i can add anather terretory wich i deleted in the begin of the map
and i don't understand what jagged means so can you explain it
and i have problem with the double texture, the emboss won't be deleted...
(non-playable land) so if someone could help me with that it wuld be awsome

Jagged means you have sharp edges that look pixelated or aliased. It would be nice if you could smooth them out a bit.
I'm not entirely sure what you mean about the double texture and emboss. Feel free to PM me with more details if you want me to have a look.
the emboss of the brown non-playable land (where it looks like it is going to be higher like a kind of a hill) i think thats what you mean with the pixely border too

Is there a purpose to the emboss around the edge of the map? It does look a bit odd on the coastal areas.

that was because of the dubble texture i used in the unplayable land
but i have found out anatherway to do it i will be update it
Visually, it's looking very nice. The only major thing that sticks out is the borders along the sea. They look a bit strange, perhaps a side-effect of blurring?

no i wanted that, doesn't it look good? it is something else than the shadow
is there any reason for the 1-way borders? they dont really appeal to me and i dont see any reason for them being there really... but if theres an explanation i'd be glad to know it (:
