saf wrote:I think the case on Sully is sound logic MeDeFe, but I also would add that deadline pressure does tend to force bandwagon building either way. The problem I see right now is the large number of less active people who will seriously lower our ability to get to lynches later on in the game. But for now, I'm willing to follow the case.
vote Victor Sullivan
Sully- Again with the pressuring or something about voting, not really seeing anything there.

TA1LGUNN3R wrote:Victor is not town... The setup that Squirrel posted is probably correct. Without Squirrel's help, we can't win this. And if he sides with scum, he wins tonight, instead of a long drawn out possible win (which would require careful planning on any protects/switches that town may have--just general luck) with town. So it's definitely in Squirrel's interest to side with scum rather than town because just one more townie has to die so that scum+3rd party win, whereas if he decided to side with town, we'd have to lynch a scum, probably lose a townie, which would make it 3 town, 2 scum, 2 third party (upon rez of Rodion). Then wash-repeat, lynch scum tomorrow, lose townie, which would leave 2 town, 1 scum, 2 third party. At that point it'd come down to who Squirrel and Rodion want to win, but it would drag the game out.
tl;dr Town loses due to expedience.

Exactly why I did it. Recently I was wondering why you never see the third party siding with the scum. I looked at this game and figured out how beneficial it would be if I did. No matter what, us third-party guys could win so long as we claimed. This way is just the safest way to do so.
Also, scum guys, did I get my two guesses right on the scum members (anubis and ammit)? I haven't brushed up on my ancient egyptian mythology in a while, but thats what the scenes made it sound like.

strike wolf wrote:Half right. Anubis is but Ammit is not. I am Sokar (bulletproof). I'll let vic and Saf decide if they want to say who they are respectively.
