Now that we have the starting territory count, you could easily calculate a per player territory count for 2/3(same),4,5,6,7,8 players?? and display that with the current counts?
e.g. Africa Map Territories: 45 Initial: 45 2/3:15 4:11 5:9 6:7 7:6 8:5
Now if we select Yeti_C we will find the poker map under him but also under Widowmakers. So All Map makers who had a map quenched. Should be listed.
How will this improve the site and script? Well its more credit to the map makers so every1 can see whos behind also if you know who made the map its quite easy.

Again, just an aesthetic bug, not actually important.
Gah, good spot, same bug as the remove bug I got rid of.

Two things: For the default tags that are done by size, can you include the size range in parenthesis in the name of the tag, eg "Large Maps (43-59 territories)" Is there a way to have it sort the maps? Change the order in which they appear, but not change which maps appear? I would love to be able to sort a tag by territory size. For example, take the "Simple Maps" tag and have a button that arranges the maps in order of increasing or decreasing territory size, so they can be arranged either by size or alphabetically.

This script grew up really fast. Noticed that territory counts & starting territories don't show up on Game Finder results, only the search parameters page. Keep up the good work!

Top of the Todo list. (Also on join games - most useful on those pages)
Consider moving sort to the line below - for me (1280x800) it wraps after the "Sort by" label.
Otherwise - great work...
For more sorting - you could add sorting by "complexity" -> i.e. on the "none" list - sort alpha but with the Simple at the top, then moderate - then Complex. (If you see what I mean?)
I might move all the tag edit stuff down and leave the 2 select boxes next to each other.
Sorting by complexity would be cool if I could get a list or maps ordered by complexity. I see no consensus for this, so by all means suggest an ordering.
Now about just grouping the None maps into 3 blocks of complexity. People are bound to want those groups internally sorted as well.
I suppose could add tags like None Complexity, None Territories which group None and gets displayed with tabs or something.
yeti_c wrote:To save arguments - I went with sort alpha but group by Complexity.
You'll be able to tell where each group ends due to the change in letters. (i.e. WW2 Aus -> Alexanders Empire)
C.
Not if you subsequently sort the list. (The sort could act on each group individually). I need to separate them in some way, which is why I mentioned tabs.
Also this might be better in a separate tag.
None Complexity or just Complexity and allow sorting which acts on the individual groups.
8 Toughts ----> Why on complex? Its not nearly any complex at all more in the middle.
Battle of the irak? ---> Is it even listed? I think thats quite complext tough.
You're right - there a a few typos with the little words (they have to be case sensitive) so maps with 'of', 'the', 'and' might be missing from the complexity tags.
