oVo wrote:Previously KLOBBER was only FOUND GUILTY of being a complete & total idiot and a tool. This one has already proven him to be the Queen of Deadbeat Recruits and a liar, since no moderator has ever announced to this forum that he possesses superior intelligence or strategy.
His game list is truely a bizarre sight for a player with the rank of Brigadier, when you consider his 35% winrate and the now documented fact that he has difficulty winning any game with players above the rank of Cadet. Looking closer at his games makes you wonder why he even plays at all, since it's obvious that a good competitive match is a rare event for him and apparently not something he actively seeks.
If this foul mouthed idiot turns out to be even more pathetic than many here already believe him to be, and is abusing the system just to boost his rank? I hope you figure it out and bust him deltaray. But KLOBBER is so inconsequencial that I doubt it's worth your time or energy to persue. Maybe putting him on your ignore list is a better solution. Just forget him and leave him to revel in his "abilities" as he dominates his deadbeat recruits.

Unfortunately for me and maybe this proves everyone's point, I'm not too fond of FOW games and will probably lose a few ranks because of these games.
Teutonics wrote:The only valid data that can be analyzed are the past games that have been played. A good test would be to look at the average % of new recruits that join Klobber's games versus the average percentages that join games started by other people. A search on finished, Circus Max, 8-player, casual games revealed that Klobber, firth4eva, Jnd94, & marco130671 all had much higher %'s of new recruits versus those games started by other people.
Oddly enough, Firth4eva has been the one who has been abusing the system much more profoundly and for a longer period of time. His percentages are incredibly high. Klobber is just the latest one to start doing it.
Teutonics wrote:Don't worry -- you wont lose points in the test.
The problem is that you can't perform the test under controlled circumstances. To skew your results & help beat the rap one of the guys that uses a cheat program (as I described) could easily fill out your games with new recruits. I expect that they'll play the same as the they do in Klobber's games & deadbeat.
You likely won't lose points, but gain them
It was a mistake to announce that you were running a test. Otherwise, you might have been able to get by with it, w/o anyone realizing what you were doing. I'm sorry, but your results are already tainted.
you need to take it one step further. only analyse games that were on the first page.Teutonics wrote:The only valid data that can be analyzed are the past games that have been played.
