For now, Illegal farming, is any behavior which specifically targets NEW RECRUITS. It can be done by either joining games...which is more obvious...but also by setting up many games that attract many NEW RECRUITS, really, for whatever reason.

The setting up games one is always a little harder to ...

How about having an automatic "End Reinforcement" action occur just prior to time running out.
For perpetrators who practice this type of rule breaking, this "tactic" (as it's been incoorectly labeled) would then be rendered null and void.

In the first 17 rounds ike500 has missed 5 turns- 4 in the last 5 rounds alone!
the 5th round, 8th, 13th, 14th, 16th and 17th.
What is the critria for too many missed turns, because this case seems clear?

9654h, whip and thangbipbomz are 3 accounts all created within 1/2 hour of each other ... they all jion the same game AND each miss ALL their turns until they are kicked out ... hmmm.

Interesting case...yes it is very suspicious...but all of these noobs could have just joined these games. Also, some of them are form Canada, but the others could be multis. An IP check will solve everything.
