The Tournament of Tounaments [FULL]

As this is my first tourney I am open to criticism and change requests for rules like maps, etc.

Anyone is allowed to play:

The first round will be quadruples. All players will be teamed in order that they signed up unless they requested otherwise. The winning teams will move on to play eachother. In the third round the remaining teams will play eachother. Now that one team has one it will have a sort of civil war. It will be split into 2 doubles teams randomly. In the fifth and final round the doubles team will be split into a standard 1v1 game and we will have ONE WINNER!

All games will be as follows:
Map: Waterloo in first three rounds then British Islands 2 for round four and finally the last round will be Asia
Play Order: Sequencial
Spoils: Escalating
EDIT: ESCALATING IN THE FIRST 3 ROUNDS THEN FLAT RATE
Reinforcements: Chained in first three rounds then Unlimited
Fog of War: No
