Concise description:

• There should be a game search box among the menu buttons.

Specifics:

• the game search box would be taken out of game finder and placed along with the menu buttons

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• the search box will enable players to find games quicker. currently, if someone walls a player a game number the player would have to click game finder, type the number in the box, and click search, this has become annoying. the box will also help a team join games quicker, while avoid confusion and joining games to late. there are other reasons, but i will stop here.

If you mean a box in the menu where you simply type the number and it jumps to it, I agree. Although there may be an addon for this.... but yeah... it should be default in the left menu.

Wouldn't this only be one less click?

Instead of clicking on the game finder, you still have to click on the little box to activate it, then you still have to click submit.

true, but it is far easier for my computer when i click a search button rather than opening a whole new page.

it is, but we should be able to access the game finder button on any page, and not have to click game finder opening a whole new page.

I like this idea, I believe that would come in handy for people who have a slow internet connection but love playing conquerclub
