He only needs a reason that seems "just" to him. You may have noticed that, here in CC, Twill has more responsibilities/power than you do. That means that his opinion matters more than your's. You may not like it, but it ain't gonna change anytime soon.

If that's the case then I'm sure this will get moved as well. The thing I'm wondering is if there's someone that moderates his actions and if so then this is mainly for them.

You do realize Twill gets a large volume of PMs a day. He usually focuses on important matters first. And he already responded to you in the thread in question.
