Note to OP: multi’s are kicked, but are generally offered a return upon purchasing premium. They’re generally made to return to the oldest account, however sometimes it’s the most experienced in certain cases.

IE: guy made an account in 2015, played 3 games.
guy makes new account in 2022, with premium and played 400 games before being busted. Generally he’d buy back into the site on the more experienced account. So that’s probably the case here (I haven’t looked as I don’t have the time tonight)

This statement makes no sense, and it isn't a breaking any rule. .
So he has a cook rank, he'll acquire "lot" of points, then he won't be a cook anymore, he'll have his regular rank, then he'll stop getting points. What's the issue ?
Do you think he'll make it to conqueror because he started as a cook ? No he won't.

Is the issue that's you've lost too many points ? Well since you now have fewer points, you'll be "using that lower score/rank to acquire add'l points, when a normal higher rank would earn much less" and be back at your usual score.

for such a high ranked player (Brig) I'd think you'd understand better, but to clarify:

for whatever reason he's ranked a cook, low and when he wins will earn more points than if he was higher ranked
and as I stated, he sure doesn't play like a cook, but more like a much higher ranked player

That happened to waaaay better players than him, no one made a fuss about it.
Some player stop playing CC, their rank drop while they deadbeat their remaining game, they come back and they go up again. That's life, maybe that's what happened to him.
Though I actually believe he is a real cook that just happened to beat you

Either you are Obtuse, so brilliant that you don't understand commoner's concerns or we'll just have to agree to disagree. You come across as someone that's taken one Business Law class and thinks they are a lawyer:

1-you think the issue is what his rank should be, and time will adjust that. Wrong, my issue is that he's a wolf in sheep's clothing (plays like a higher ranked player) and is artificially taking extra points from others (me in particular)

2-you might not care to lose 50 instead of 30, but I do. It's like you wouldn't care if someone stole $100 from your wallet, but I do.

3-if the rule broken is being a cook instead of a major: no, no, no. the broken rule is that he had multiple accounts open and playing at the same time. <-- that's the rule broken. The there are grey areas of cheating/abuse and I feel artificially taking 50+ points instead of <20 (not necessarily 30) could be another rule broken.

Please fully understand the concern (and ask questions to clarify) before posting to a thread you don't understand or relate to.

The guy is not a high rank. Look at his maximum points. If he had another account, then it's been determined that Dragon Rida with 612 games played and a 15% win rate is the account with the most experience (most games played and the likelihood is that the other was low ranked too). That's the account he has to continue playing on, and he bought premium to do that. Didn't you read anything that was said in this thread already?

People do stupid things, and CC gave him a second chance. And we can hope he's learned his lesson. I think knowing that, you should just drop it. If his profile info is true, then he's an 18 year old kid ffs.

You're just salty because you're losing a game to a cook and want him banned before the game ends. Everyone loses points to a low rank every now and then for whatever reason, be it bad luck, or them just happening to play it right for once. If we didn't lose points, we'd be all generals. You're going to have to suck this one up pretty much.

It's hard to tell just by looking at past games but it looks like he has been around for a while.How in the world is he a guide? this guy is the person CC is allowing the newcomer to be trained by? just go back a few hundred games and read the chat in some of the Guide games.

What kind of extra points is he going to earn as a cook ? Once he earned the extra points, he'll stop getting extra points because he won't be a cook anymore.
Thus why do you think he is a cook ?
Do you think he first lose points on purpose to be a cook, to then play like a major so that he can get extra points, that he will then lose again to be a cook ?

If the issue is a multi, be aware that a new account start with 1000 points.
If he was just a multi with 1000 points, he would have more points than now, that'd be better for you then huh ?

The flaw here is, if he was good, when he started his multi account with 1000 points, he would be winning more points, not become a cook.

And that's just one part of the flaw of your reasoning, because as far as I am concerned, even a general starting at a 1000 points isn't an issue.
Because points fluctuate for everyone and even a general starting a multi account wouldn't be stealing that much points from you that it would hurt anything.
That's the main reason I replied to you in the first place, because the reasoning saying we shouldn't allow people to create new account because that is unfair for their opponent point wise is imho, utterly stupid.

Why do I think it's stupid ? well, in your last reply to me you said :

The BIG difference with money is, if someone steal 100$ from my wallet, I'm not going to be earning more because of what I lost. Me losing 100$ won't change my income, thus it's a loss.
If I lose 30 points instead of 50 in a game, my next win, I'm going to win more points, and also the next time I lose a game, I'm going to lose less points.
So me losing 30 points instead of 50, or even a 100 instead of 10, doesn't matter that much if it just one game, because the other 30 games I'm playing are going to compensate that, since I'm going to win more points on each victory after that, and lose less points in each defeat after that.
So your rank should be stable around your level of skill no matter if one cook playing like a major suddenly beat you once.


And, of course, people have said it before, and it didn't matter to me because that's not the point I'm arguing ( I'm arguing points are so irrelevant for this situation), but Dragon Rida is really a cook deserve to be a cook and will always be a cook.
