Send in an eticket (upper right corner help) to the admin. Are you sure you bought premium or did you buy credits, and need to apply those credits towards a premium? You can find that out in the store on the left to see how many credits you have and might need to redeem them towards premium membership

Due to the way the scoring system works, the lower you get the harder it is to keep going down. (Just as, conversely, the higher you are the harder it gets to go up.)

You may be having a bad year, but you're still over 1000. If you continued having a bad year, you might go below 1000, but I think it's very unlikely you would get below 500.

Generally, it's considered impossible to go below 200 without seriously trying. Even really, really bad players generally bounce around between 700 and 1000.

I had the same thing happen to me. They really need to fix their accounting. I had an automatic payment renewal taken out of my paypal account two days ago and now I'm getting a notice that my premium has expired.
