In the unlikely event he's actually elected president, Kamala will be the one making all presidential decisions while the White House butlers spoon feed Biden mashed carrots, change his adult diaper and schedule time for his grandchildten to visit and choose which family heirlooms they'd like. Biden may be the first president to actually live at Walter Reed Hospital instead of the White House.

I wouldn't be so fast to diagnose alzheimer's. So he trips over his words every now and then. Most likely related to the stutter that he's fighting.
