I think he was just saying that is his strategy playing against anybody. he obviously isn't giving his strategy in a game as he can not join it hence the reason he is asking why he is on the foe list. Maybe I could be wrong but I would think they would have to be in the game for it to be secret diplomacy right?

They have played 700+ standard games together according to game Finder. So he might not have joined this one specific game, but saying "I don't hit you as a general rule" shows favortism towards a player that's possibly going undeclared in games where they specifically are avoiding someone and teaming up.

I play a ton of 12 player games I don't kill stacks I hit ones or neutrals I was just making an inquiry of mike if I had done something to piss him off. Well personally I have played both many times and I sure as hell didn't see any form of secret diplomacy so unless something has changed drasticly in the past while I am CERTAIN that they will be cleared! So to the accuser, perhaps instead of browing walls looking for shit to try and pin on people and waste the admins time on go find a game to play!
