How do you Moe someone?

I mean really Moe them. Not the stupid "you're no Curly, Larry, or even Shemp, but I mean being able to poke someone's eyes even if they put their hand in the middle of their face to block you. Not to mention, the ability to do a counter-clockwise roundhouse until it comes down full force on their head. I'm talking full on Moe-ing here.

Seems someone like DDS, with all his fancy-schmancy military training would be able to defend most other forms of attack, so Moe-ing might be one of the few techniques to produce a wounding. Anyone successfully tried this during a fight?
