Clan Director Callouts

The Clan Team is looking for a few good men or women to serve as Volunteer Clan Directors! Candidates applying should have a high activity on Conquer Club/within Clans. Additionally, candidates should have a cool-head and calm demeanor, and be eager to help take the Clans Dept to the next level. Prospective candidates would benefit from being an active participant on Skype to discuss, organize and coordinate efforts with other CD's.
Don't be dissuaded however if you don't meet some of these requirements. For example, We also need individuals who can provide a different perspective, so even being relatively inexperienced in the clan arena could be an asset if you're willing to help new Clans prosper.
Specifically we are looking for people who are interested in heading up a new iniatitive "Clan University" - candidates should be interested in helping new / inexperienced site members explore the team game experience and developing new clans.
We are also looking for someone interested in assisting with Clan Events and other "General" Clan Director duties.

I am interested in much of what you offer- being a volunteer clan director, helping new / inexperienced site members explore the team game experience and developing new clans. and assisting with Clan Events and other "General" Clan Director duties.

I have been active in clans for quite a few years- have served as CD with the Spelunkers of Hell, been Minister of Training for The Royal Galaxy and currently serve as Few, the often misunderstood Minister of Information, for the Legion. I am one of the founders and head Whom or What, a UserGroup: dedicated to fun,to learn and bond and win, with an emphasis on developing teams, particularly for trips and quads,

I am generally known as a positive person,and am retired, so have a fair bit of time to put in ,if I can be useful.(still working on skype )

One suggestion worth discussing is start by setting up "junior clans"as part of junior clan leagues e.g League A has junior clans 1 to 8, League B has junior clans 9 to 16 etc. and any person who wants the clan experience, regardless of rank or raring is let in, randomly assigned to one of the junior clans as a probationary.

All members would get invited to games with other members of the junior clan -games that should be fun ,but practice games or try-out games for the clan war type games to come. This is an area I am particularly interested in .
