Ocracoke

The accused are suspected of:


Conducting Secret Diplomacy
Explanation: Pink/Allinslim mentioned they have a secret diplomacy. I went back and noticed they each end with the exact same number of territories for the past two turns. Though they are the largest players, they do not seem to go after each other. Pink/Allinslim brought up that they had no troops at their borders when he/she broke their lines.

I can't see much in the fog.
And second, do you have more evidence that the 2 accuses are conducting sd??

after read the chat, I'm not sure it's a SD or not. Teal proposed a truce in the 3rd round:

2014-02-10 09:04:28 - Ocracoke: Red, Sprechen. I'm not going to attack you if you do not attack me.

But red gave the answer in the 8th round :

2014-02-19 13:44:14 - Sprechen: let's see if you can keep your word

But anyway the truce is BS imo
