The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis (X)
Conducting Secret Diplomacy
Severe PM Abuse
Other: <Explanation>

Both signed up within minutes of each other. Both in the same game 4 out of 5. Also both online within minutes of each other when taking turns.

Or Just happen to not like me :)

I think your right or theres a strong case for secret diplomacy, they seem to be working together
