Polymorphic parachute reinforcements change

On my first polymorphic parachute game, I could rein any color to any color, now I cant? What gives? For example, if Im red, green, and blue, on green's turn I could reinforce red's troops to blue. Now I can only reinforce from green to whomever I need.

You can only fort a position from the color that you are in control of at the time of your turn to any of your colors territories. What you described is how it is supposed to work. When you are green you can only fort a green territory somewhere. When you are blue you can only fort a blue territory somewhere.

I think you may be mistaken about what you were able to do the first time.
