- lax enforcement of public decency laws at El Capitan Beach
WHAT I WOULD CHANGE:
- - Kern County, wish we could have a buffer zone
- Sheriff Bill Brown's big bushy moustache ... needs to shave it off

I found a pic of Sheriff Bill Brown and his big bushy moustache (this is also a good article on the Santa Barbara Fiesta Days Parade at the link I got this pic from ... http://bragg.com/blog/index.php/all-nat ... ta-parade/) - that's his horse, Penelope. He and Penelope once pulled me over for speeding in my Cimmarron along Aqua Vista Drive.
