Looks like a clear case of foe and move on.
I don't understand why you report this. I wouldn't call this over the line, he basically just called you a coward and quitter. He said it because you missed a turn, so neither was it completely unwarranted.
I've missed a lot of turns and never once complained when people swore at me for it. If I miss a turn, I've done something I shouldn't so I'm in no position to start complaining. Just foe him if you don't want him to play him, or have him post on your wall.

I reffer to game link. I don't know what game you did find. I did not miss any turns.

The game was practically over and lost interrest. His/her tactics succeeded 100 % and Kingdom's next to eachother it was game very quick. I were looking around and came late. Ran out of time. However the reason why I file a C&A report is flaming.
