He never tried to get any troops or fight back, and had nearly a minute to get troops to stop the attack. Instead he just cashed in so when I killed him I couldn't get the cards.
I suspect he had a secret alliance or some other shenanigans were going on, because why else would he cash in to keep me from getting cards but not get troops out of it?
