There currently is not an achievement for round limits.

I've just completed a game with a 20 round limit.
The game ended with us having equal troups and equal regions.
As such I expected the game to end as a draw, however my opponant won.

Why is that.
The other player had 1 more card tham myself and started the game.
Which one of these if any dictates who wins the game?

If memory serves me correctly.. the ultimate tie breaker in that situation is the order in which players joined the game. It's pretty terrible for it to come down to that but.. there are no ties.

With round limits, the game will automatically finish at the end of the specified round. The winner will be the surviving player with the most troops. If there is a tie, it will be broken based on the most regions. If there is still a tie, the winner is selected based on join order.
