I'm glad to see foie gras mentioned in the OP. If I could get it around here, I would be pushing 500 lbs by next Christmas, guaranteed.

Apparently it's fattened goose liver and tastes rich and buttery. Sounds like WASP food.

For real. Bland english food is bland.

Neither foie gras nor chutney are English foods, and that's why they're so damn-good.
