Several games (not hundreds) where big invited new recruits who just joined. Could be someone he knows?
With rook he invited, rook talked in Game 10338057, but didn't take any turns and was kicked giving big the win, in Game 10338025 rook took two turns, didn't even try and then missed a turn giving the game to big again.
as far as danny and zmor, both joined within minutes of each other and were invited to 1v1 games with big.
With Game 10455155 it looks like big is trying to teach danny the game, but taking complete advantage of the newbie instead of talking strategy and how to play.
Like I said, it could very well be innocent. I came across the games and thought it was worth looking into.
