If 'man food' is meat and 'girl food' is salad, what's 'gay food'?

I'll tell you.

Straight foods are basic and uncontrived, Gay foods are fiddly and foofy ... Sushi may well be the gayest food on earth. The design of the average Gunkan Maki is, if you look at it objectively, really quite extraordinary. Sushi chefs are basically taking sloppy bits of fish and magically reworking them into exquisite bonbons. How fucking gay!
But while sushi is swishy, Mexican food is unbelievably macho. As delicious as a burrito is, it is basically just a cross between a turd and a penis.

High-end food, is inherently gay. Tangerine emulsions and champagne gelées etc are Liberace gay.

After that I got it totally mixed up and for years thought he said something along the lines of "if it's good enough to cook with, you can drink it."

As an older gentleman who lives just south of the Napa Valley, I am intrigued to hear more about the vineyards of Milton Keynes. As a younger gentleman who lives just east of Osoyoos and their expansive cellars of icewine, I feel as if 2dimes would, as well. Sounds like a bottle shock post.
