Conducting Secret Diplomacy - at the end one mentioned having an alliance, but there is no such thing in the log
Other: Being the same player, they played at the same time or within the same time frame, so in freestyle, they would wait to the end and basically have four turns in a row (being the last two to play in a 4 member game and the first two to play by having the other begins another turn)

Comments:
Basically they play a 4 members game, team up or are the same person, so you may be hit by one then the other. If you look at game 9499192, they didn't hit each other. At the end one of them mentions they had an alliance, but its never mentioned in the log. Also, they played at the same time and if one didn't break through then the other one would finish breaking through whatever was left of the defenses. They also played at the same time, so if you look at the log, both logged on freestyle at the same time or within the same time frame.
