Secret diplomacy is hard to prove. I can't find any proof of the secret diplomacy but it looks like green was cleaning blue out of the corners of the map such as Africa. At the end of the game green took out the last out post in S Africa and made it easier for red to eliminate blue. All that being said I will NOTE this report.
