i've had this happen a couple of times, and i wonder if there was a solution for the problem:
I am one of the last two people in a freestyle game, and I ended a round. What often happens is that the other player will wait until just before the end of the round, get their armies, and deploy them, and then i will miss my turn. This helps them gain an advantage, and i think it needs to be resolved
