A little known fact. On his computer, batman has all the data of every superhero and every supervillian he's ever come across. He even has a kryptonite ring in case he ever has to fight batman. In other words, he'd kick all of their asses.

Also, their was a simulation where spiderman fought superman and beat superman up.

goku is a super-saiyan- a subhuman who has the power to harness spirit energy and fire them from his hands.
plus, according to the dragonball z series, any super saiyan can easily take a fuckin' atomic bomb.
spiderman is a spider. he has sticky-web-shooting powers..ooh that'll come in handy. he can fight well too, but superman pwns him.
superman is weak to kryptonite.
the only reason batman kicks ass at all is because of his gadgets.

Batman pwns. Because of the simple fact of the other ones have super powers thats like steroids its cheating. and batman could still whip em all without being on steroids.

superman is strong but he has too many problems. Spiderman and goku just charge in blindly too much up for Batman to lose to them. Face facts.
