This is a tough one. I like the guy and kind of agree he wasn't doing anything intentionally shifty.

The problem is he did click accept regarding "I promise to only make one account."

Hopefully the valued mods will review and agree to only ban the dead accounts as they were not created in malice. I think they have been reasonable about this in the past. I suspect it's the action of a new multi hunter that's just over enthusiastic.

He could've just mentioned to the CC-Elite that he had accounts, forget the names and passwords, and would like to make a new one. Given his history here, he knew about the consequences of making multis, so why did he do it?

It was easier to just make a new account and start playing again. For some reason people don't think little rules like this are important anymore, they're just old fasioned and out of date.
