Here is the setting. An assassin game and two people are down to one territory. Suddenly some one cashes in their spoils nuclear style and both players are eliminated. Who wins the game?
I don't know if this has ever happened but I'm curious...

Depends on the order of the cards. CC will take the card that shows up first on the list and kill that person first.

or maybe you kill your opponent and you but your opponent first, thus winning the game
