In the game chat Dysonsphere offers to use a PM to setup playing times that will give the other player and advantage over me. This seems to be a pretty clear cut case of SD and I asked that Dysonsphere be removed from CC. My understanding is that anything related to strategy should be discussed openly in GC. Please administer justice.

He may only get a warning, and if that's what the mods decide is fair I'll have to live with it. This is not the guy's first appearance in a C&A post though. He is a clear menace to the community.
It looks like he always talks his diplo openly on game chat, dunno why he offered PM on that game. I agree with theherkman, a warning should be enough. And I don´t think Dysonsphere is a clear menace to the community, if he bothers you so much just foe him.

neal he has had 1 apperance in c and a for game chat in this game
its a funny read and he reported himself i dont think its a menace to the site also maybe he was trying to get the other player a warning as he did not send a message he asked the other player 2
Without any evidence of secret diplomacy there isn't anything we can do. There was no PM reported, as far as I can see all discussion was done in game chat. So Dysonsphere is CLEARED.
