i was 1st in... if i make a match and miss my turns, i lose... should be the same for anyone. If they show up later, i will probably lose also... not fair 2 accuse... i just wanted a 1v1, i refrained {(joining other gms of his) after the controversy} but the guy is wrong... and i resent my name getting dragged through the mud after 8314 completed, 2561 (31%) won, i have a long history of multiple speed games.

@ gogglez you joined 7 games with wWwRobo. Surely you would of realised after 8314 game completed that he was dumping points. Quite simply you took advantage of the situation

no! i play games here everyday, a lot, and win or lose i play them all... dont try to say im guilty of anything! I fix sinks and dinners in between. further more nobody cries when i lose for whatever fkd up reason and this is making me lose now! Game 6444922 lost because of accusation/defense... leave me out of it! I accept the mods opinion.

[player]tommo19[/player]

wWwRobo / tommo19 - tommo19 joined 26 of these dumping games. With >1,200 games played having been playing CC for almost a year, there's little room for being unaware.

wWwRobo / gogglez - gogglez joined 7 of these dumping games. Not possible that he was "unaware" of this.

The 7 games are the following:

Game 6444840 2010-02-11 08:18:38 - Game has been initialized
Game 6444804
Game 6444803
Game 6444757
Game 6444756
Game 6444755
Game 6444754 2010-02-11 08:09:15 - Game has been initialized

First, if looking at the numerical sequence, no one really joins 4 speed games at the same time (754-757) if not expecting the other guy to deadbeat. Second, even with that, the last game (840) was initiated 9 minutes after the first one. By then, gogglez was aware that wWwRobo indeed was about to deadbeat (having missed 1-2 turns each in the four games initially set up). For gogglez to claim that he wasn't aware, well, that is just ridiculous.

you are ridiculous. I have done this everyday for my entire membership... WTF!
I join massive ammounts of spd gms and dont pay close attention (got a 5 yr old) esp to seq... why do you think i have been mjr 12x & back to the bottom?
This is a witchhunt, imo.
& my foe list is very long... ask king achilles if i have respect for the game and hate cheaters.
who do you guys think you are? both foed.

Err, what? Actually, seems like you're the embarassement. Did your mom teach you these words? jeez, be civil,
Anyways eems like you're getting "a vacation" or at least a lecture from a Mod.
You're probably the type that would grab points from a dumper, I hope your comments gets them to look into your behaviors. Would be sweet to see another fool getting busted cuz of their big mouth. =D>

gogglez wrote:who do you guys think you are? both foed.

Dude, you foed me as soon as I've warned you of the point dumping! What does that tell?
Go ahead, foe me again. :) Btw, lordvord is a mod, you may want to play nice.

If you ACTUALLY usually play close to 10 speed games at once, then they'll clear you.So why are you worried and on the defense?

But to have 7 games by the same player being deadbeated on and NOT complain or mention anything in ingame chat.... and foe me as soon as I mention the point dump, suspicious.

Withchunt?what? Cheater hunt. You may have been caught in the cross fire. I wasnt (originally, til you foed) targeting you in no way, just archiving who benefited the most from said point dumping.
If indeed you werent aware at all of possible point dumping (seems like you would know better) then you should be on my / our side. I am also the one that told you to come here to DEFEND yourself..With your attitude, it's not looking good.

Oh, and you insult me yet invite through PM to play 1vs1 games with me?? I have to deny.

gogglez is a good guy and I don't think he would take advantage of anything for points. He doesn't seem like the type of guy that cares about rank. For the record he has played 8312 games and 7552 of them were speed games. He has played 778 casual games in 3 years. The only casual games he plays are with the clan.

Have no personal problems with gogglez - he seems like a regualr, decent and nice player to me. But that's besides the point. I find it hard to believe that such an experienced player would not realize or at least suspect that he was dealing with a so-called "point dumper" here. Seeing the games being set up, joining several in a row, then 10 minutes joining even more games having seen how the "point dumper" had missed consequtive turns in the games initially joined. Nope. Not possible and don't buy it. Not a biggie, but it's indeed, as shown by previous mod C&A practice, a rule violation to join games with a suspected point dumper (or multi).

alstergren: add some vodka to the equation and your sum equals zero, imo. you will be re-foed later for your condemnation and lack of understanding.
slayer: btw, i challenged you to a 1v1 not "invite" and as i said earlier: I thought you had me foed already when you posted on my wall and i couldnt post on yours, so i foed you. no big deal but i am not gonna kiss anyones ass because i didn't notice what was going on... i do have other things to do when im not taking turns here and like to play 1v1 because there is less chance of getting tag teamed... I'm defensive because i don't like being accused, which is why i will re-foe you when the dust settles since you are too chicken to accept my challenge in a random 1v1!
valemort/mods: whatever you say is cool with me... I just didn't realize the situation as it was developing and let the games go that i was in once this was brought to my attention... i sometimes get distracted while playing.

Dude whatever, first you insult me when I'm the one trying to save your ass by inviting you here so you can defend yourself:
gogglez wrote:you are a maggot for insinuating that anyone who joins multiple speed games is in on it..

AND I didnt involve everyone, just the ones that joined many of them.Get your facts straight.

Then you want me to play 1vs1? It's obvious you want to get revenge and leave me all 1 stars.
Btw, 1vs1 is gotta be the lamest way to play risk. All about who plays first and the drop. Doesnt leave much tactics in there.
That's why I wont accept your challenge. 1vs1 blows.

Keep freaking out, all I did was add FACTS not ACCUSATIONS. You had your chance to prove your points but all you do is being on the defensive, no constructivism. I doubt you'll get away with it now. You blew it. Keep me foed, I dont want to join your crappy 1on1 games by error.

Look at puzzleman, I also invited him here to defend himself. He's actually being nice about it, maybe you should play 1on1 with him and learn some lessons about respect and being civil.
