Why not? It's a very simple game, with only the most basic rules. Even a newbie would have no problem modding such a game. Now, if it encompassed 20+ people and had a certain theme, then it'd be understandable that Sir Askme2 not be allowed to mod one without having any prior experience.

I think he may have referring to the probability that this game was abandoned during the month where no one posted here.
