You spelled Sleeman's wrong there, lack is from out "Ontari-ari-ari- O" way. He might even be a UniBrau kind of guy.

This would have been one of the coolest things ever if it was true, it's a pretty great thread all ready.

There's the kitchen...

Also... i have a correction...
This house did NOT sell for 1.8 mill...
The original listed price was 2.2 million,
and it was REDUCED to 1.8....

BUT

The actual sale amount was not disclosed...
And my inside source, who can't... or Won't... tell me,
did say it sold for about HALF the asking price...
So about a million? give or take?
This would've fetched 3 million a few years ago!
It came with all the furniture too...
but not the cars, lol...

Does anybody live in this county?
One trip to the county records office would confirm the sale amount...
But i suppose we don't REALLY need to know...
It's enough for me to know that it was a REALLY REALLY good deal...

I shall seek out this information and post it.

Property taxes are a whopping 24,417.05. Wow.

Not much of a kitchen and white at that. Would need a maid to keep it looking clean. Of course if you bought it you probably would have a maid.
