Okay, this appears to be far more popular than I thought, so I may move up my timetable for expansion to a little sooner in the future after we get rolling.

I have put everyone on the list who has signed up so far, so the Waiting List actually has quite a few players on it now.

I truly do wish I could have invited everyone, as most of you were on my list for potential invites, but I just simply didn't have the room. I'm sure you'll get in for the future though.

As for when a player is kicked from the league, re-entrance is something that will be discussed amongst the players once we get started.

I am still waiting to hear back from Forza AZ and lokisgal on their invitations. I don't have a set time period for them to respond, I'm playing that by ear.

I agree with this. Sort of a punishment for not finishing the game in a timely manner.

It will be at the start of Round 46 after all players have taken their Round 45 turns. As for the fractions of points it will be one of the things in the first set of survey questions asked of the players.
