We could organize the ranks like a football team, Have Cheesemore as owner or quaterback and go down from there, like all newer members as linemen and more important people as Wide-Reciever or Runningback

i like that, or we could have people choose their positions and there could b starters, secondstring, third string and practice squad. Cheese will be owner, i could be QB, you could be HB and the next three will be WR. that's 6. we could keep choosing ranks as we go on. but what i meant by ranks was who will be second in command, third, etc

Whoever changes their avitar fist moves up to Tight End (Next highest in command)
