YAWN

Post by heavycola »

So tonight on CC we have:

a new avatar
a couple of religion threads dying on their arse
some kewl post counts
a few listless trolling attempts
dagip's 'free the trailerpark one' crusade
a geography quiz

Not good enough. And no I don't have any better ideas. Except this, which is to start a thread complaining about the lack of quality threads, which is a situation i have no doubt just made a little worse. Please excuse me.

well aside from the fact that the previous posters are unlikely to come up with anything that would change the current dilema....

There arent a whole lot of strong threads at the moment, and those that are kinda are rehasing some of the same stuff over again, or are just between a couple different people. That hotness thread has some potential i suppose....its hard to really imagine good looking women going out of style.

However, as to why theres no good threads, when the euro crowd, or the right wingers dont bring some kind of news story to the table, theres not a whole lot to talk about, since people around here apparently dont follow much of anything going on these days. When people dont know stuff is happening, they therefore arent able to create brillant threads.

In the like hour or two i have left before heading back up to school (and sneaking back on the computer) what do you want a thread about heavy...you give me something and ill make it happen for ya.

see thats a terrible idea....because by in large, those threads died because people were done talking about them, or because people didnt want to talk in that thread anymore.

Do you have to alienate the few, few, few people who can tolerate you?

better idea...if you want to come up with a good thread, think about something you actually might want to talk about, and start a thread, rather than resurrect some elses old idea.

eh not much one i guess, but that doesnt make it all less fun to do anyway.

Random Trivia Question

I have to do this presentation for my sociology of women class (go ahead and get it out of your system in the next post...its not a terrible class) and i picked 6 influential women across 3 different spectrums, political, social, and economic.

3 of them are probably gimmies

If you can get 2 out of the other 3 you get a prize.

Why dont you just think of your own not spammy (omg! not spam?but how?) threads instead of collecting the creativity falling off of long gone members?
