Yep. Oklahoma fell out of the AP rankings sometime in 1959 (iirc) the week after being ranked #2. I think Army might have done the same thing the week after being ranked #4 the same year, oddly enough. The moral of the story is that AP voters really sucked in 1959, apparently.

Well, he never made much money playing football....
It was not meant as a legit guess, it was more a goof on a guy that was legendarily bad with the ball when he played with my beloved Rams (who became considerably less beloved when that horrific bitch-cunt frontiere moved them to st. fucking louis, and just to shit on us a bit more won a super bowl with one of the top-five most entertaining teams in NFL history.... gah)

Name the NFL record holder for most yards from scrimmage by a rookie in a single season.
imagine this guess being shouted by tens of thousands of georgia fans:
herschel! walker! herschel! walker!
he was the man!
even if he's not the answer, i found this on wiki:
He was one of the first NFL players to take to the idea of heavy exercise training and physical fitness. He was noted for doing at least 1,000 crunches and 1,500 push ups every day in the off season and combining that with weight training.
