im afraid of spiders and house cenipedes (have u ever seen 1?) look like long spiders so they scare the shit out of me

I have fears but not really any specific ones. Two years ago I was the guy who was always nervous or afraid but I've come a long way since then and now the only things I'm afraid of I am able to face.

Bugs can be fast, but centipedes really aren't all that fast.

Really all this stuff is relative. Someone who has slow reflexes or is just slow (physically not mentally) might say something is really fast but someone who is fast or has fast reflexes may disagree.

See that's the attitude that will never allow you to catch them or kill them. If I just gave up I would never have caught that 10' king snake that lives in my backyard.

whats a king snake the only poisonos things we have in WA are black widows and brown recluse spiders hmmmm the 1 thing that im extremely afraid of
