You can nominate one member (not yourself), if that member is already nominated you can place your vote for him/her or another member.

first thanks for the compliment luns....

this is pretty hard cause there are a lot of intelligent posters around here and a lot of people who have a fair amount of sense about them, but i think for now ill go with colossus though theres a slew of people really that could be chosen.
