Weed should be legal, and in Canada at least, most cops don't care (the same cop caught me twice in half an hour one time lol, said she'd charge me if she caught me one more time so I called it quits after that). The intent part makes sense if its stealing a car or murder, but they're really just trying to have sex with a hot woman, if she had said she was twenty they would have still gone for it.
