You can say AC/DC is good all you want, but chances are you either don't listen to music at all, and just say you like AC/DC because you know no other 12-14 year olds will argue with you, or you only listen to old rock and havn't heard anything better to give you an idea of just how shitty old rock is. Really, its all slow, boring repetative, unimaginative shit thats well past its prime, sure it was probably alright back in its days, and I can't blame you if you're 40 years old and like listening to it because its what you grew up with, but anyone younger then that is just another poser faggot with no musical tastes of his own.
Want better music? Listen to literally anything else. Country, rap, industrial, new metal, R&B EVERYTHING IS BETTER THEN OLDE FUCKING ROCK.
cawk, I was with you up to this. You dare criticize the classics? AC/DC, KISS, Aerosmith, and so on have made some of the best music ever (by the way, I'm 18, I know plenty of people twice my age that listen to them). Sure there are songs that I really don't care for, but to disregard an entire genre of actual music and then claim that rap has more of a right to music, you need to get your head out of your ass and rethink this through.
I only dragged age into because of the legions of 14 year olds with back in black shirts.
Nobody I know who listens to classic rock listens to anything else (except for occasionally rap), if any classic rock fans would like to change my mind about this, then name some other really good songs you know and like that aren't in the classic rock genre.
The one good thing about classic rock is that they pioneered metal, but that's still no reason to listen to them, imo they're just metal-lite.
AC/DC is my favorite band, and their Back in Black Album is one of my favorites, but not their only album I listen to (I own nearly every one of their albums), I enjoy KISS (Rock n Roll All Night), Motley Crue (Girls, Girls, Girls,), Queen (We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions), Guns n Roses (Paradise City), Skid Row (18 and Life), Poison, Warrant, Ratt, The Scorpions, Twisted Sister, Quiet Riot, Europe and so many more. By the way, for AC/DC, listen to a few other albums of theirs and watch a few of their music videos, you will see that they are quite talented and great musicians.
