Well......I got better.

I like the Harry Potter Books. I teach English and reading, and I tend to read whatever is popular with the kids. Eragon was good too.

As for for book banning, whatever the reason, A moron, is a moron, is a moron. If it were up to me I'd have the Koran, the Holy Bible, and the God Delusion all on my desk and available.

The main reason everyone hates this book is because it deals with a young man who grows up hated and despised only to rise to be one of the greatest people in the world.

It's a youth-empowerment story, and that scares the grown-up status-quo upholders, so they invent some excuse about it being "evil".

Yes. All adults hate children and don't want to see them succeed in life. How did you ever find us out?

I'm a real live grown-up and love the books. I think they are very well written and engaging. I can't wait for the final installment.

Somehow I doubt that, seeing how most critics haven't actually read the books themselves, or if they have, they don't like the book because of the story, not because they still think it's "evil"

=D>

Once I saw this crazy evangelical who described the "boggart" scene in the third book as "very scary". It was obvious that she hadn't read the book, because that scene was about as "scary" as your basic kitten.

Hi, thanks for clapping, but that was undeserved. I was wrong to insinuate someone was a moron merely for disagreeing with me. I'm personally against the idea of banning any book, but that's my opinion. Sorry for being arrogant there.
