The Department of Justice restored online a photo from the Jeffrey Epstein files that contained images showing President Donald Trump after backlash over its removal.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche earlier said the DOJ removed several Epstein file documents from its website to comply with part of a federal court order aimed at protecting victims.
Blanche denied the removal of a specific photo had anything to do with it showing images of Trump.
The Department of Justice on Sunday restored online a photo from the Jeffrey Epstein files that contained images showing President Donald Trump after backlash over its removal.
The image, which contained two separate photos showing Trump, had been removed by the DOJ from public view after being published on the department’s website on Friday. The image showed an array of items on and in Epstein’s desk or credenza.
One of the photos showed Trump with a group of women, while the other was a well-known image showing him with his wife, Melania, Epstein, and Epstein’s now-convicted accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.
“The Southern District of New York flagged an image of President Trump for potential further action to protect victims,” the DOJ said in a post on the social media site X.
“Out of an abundance of caution, the Department of Justice temporarily removed the image for further review. After the review, it was determined there is no evidence that any Epstein victims are depicted in the photograph, and it has been reposted without any alteration or redaction.”

and, I said in August 22, 2025 in this same thread, about the LEGAL requirement and need to protect victims:

I would think that the Grand Jury heard from victims and thus that is
what is being protected, the identity and testimony of some who gave testimony under the condition of anonymity. So it is NOT
just an FBI officer's summary of the evidence up to that point.
And Yes, I know that there is LOTS more that the FBI has. I predicted to a few that the Grand Jury testimony would LIKELY NOT be released.
As required by LONG-STANDING Laws and Legal Precedent, we must MUST and DO PROTECT victims of sexual assault and that is why many photos and documents have been redacted (blacked out) in this matter. btw: I am sorry pack rat cannot see prurient photos that he continues to salivate about in his dreams.

All that Duk and pack rat have are allegations, rumors, and innuendos. There are NO charges, no crimes (by Trump), no proof, and NO one left on base.
They refuse to let this issue DIE when there is NO there there.
