Not sure if it comes from my device, but bringing the scoreboard using iphone or ipad, it just crashes after less than 10 seconds, I think it is when it tries to show updated data when the file crashes and closes Google sheet, bringing it back to not still the updated live scores.

Let’s try elimination - can you delete your browser cache please. Chrome.
I have no idea how to logout the app, there is no such option being tied to Google account. The App seems to work without crashing, so not quiet sure what was the reason. I will keep monitoring as it may come from my device.

Delete and reinstall app - what I am trying to determine is if this is a cache issue for you - I have a strong suspicion of what is causing this but need some confirmation before I go deleting things from the scoreboard.

Ok did removed and reinstalled the app, let’s see how it works.
At first the screen didn’t freeze while being updated.
What is the frequency of the update (GMT time), because while it’s 17:15 US EST (it’s shows 21:29 GMT). I know in GMT -5 on US east coast.
You’re looking at the GMT update at 2130 at 1715 your time. Obviously that is 45 mins after the last update so in 15 mins you’ll see 2230 at 1730 your time.
We have added a new status - DEFAULT as one player has repeatedly missed invites but has played enough of the season to make the option of VOIDing all results too disruptive.
DEFAULT applies for players missing invites in the last 2 weeks of the season - in this case all scores are kept but for the last 2 weeks of unplayed matches, we use PPM to project the scores.
This is fairer than VOIDing the matches or assigning 3-0 to opponent as PPM is based on actual performance to date.
Head to head has been removed from the tie-breaker - there was one example of a multi-way head-to-head where everyone beat each other and resolving this was too complex to be intuitive.
After much consideration we have permanently removed this from the tie-breaker as we want the tie-breaker to be easily figured out on inspection of the scoreboard.
There is a note in the "Position" cells that show the tie-breaker for convenience.
