Thanks I have to update them anyway at some point and doing it everyday as long as I am not busy works for mexroads wrote:I gotta say
Im impressed by how often you are updating the score board.
Maybe only suggestion is expand the descrpition of the different tables.
Sorry to hear that. Maybe they misread their opponent. Either way with the number of players in the tournament hopefully you won't need to play with them too oftenjuke wrote:Thanks for the updates, plurple!
I had an unfortunate experience recently: a player who was not my assassin was taking 30-50 armies from me over multiple turns in Feudal Epic, until we both lost the game. I went to give them a rating afterwards and realised, I'd already given them all one stars and had added them to my foe list previously! Perhaps it was a vindictive play, or simply characteristic of why I'd rated them accordingly in the past. Happens, I guess.
Hoping so!plurple wrote:Sorry to hear that. Maybe they misread their opponent. Either way with the number of players in the tournament hopefully you won't need to play with them too oftenjuke wrote:Thanks for the updates, plurple!

I went through our match history and discovered the reason why I'd rated him so low previously - very similar issue, actually. It was an escalating auto-tournament, semi-finals I believe, and said player (Vinpod) was constantly just killing any stack in front of him. Threw every single game, obviously. Seems to be his playstyle, if you can call it that.aad0906 wrote:Report for throwing the gamejuke wrote:Thanks for the updates, plurple!

Thanks Glad you are enjoying the tournament still a way to go with the current one I probably will with a few tweaksxroads wrote:I have to say.
What an outstanding tournament. I hope you run it again after this one is over.
Not sure what you mean? I have played most of the maps 6 player I think, and they all work finejuke wrote:Parachute is a nice touch for some of these maps, like King's Court II and Krazy Kingdoms. Six player would change the game dynamically. I feel like a lot of the popular maps right now would be less viable.
I just feel odd having two ships on Jamaicaxroads wrote:Yeah I like the 4 player format myself too.
TBF I only picked 4 player for this as I had been running 6 player a lot recently and thought it might be nice for a change, but think I prefer 6 playerjuke wrote:My primary thought was that the games would be played quite differently, and the tournament would take longer. Perhaps none of the maps would be less viable - my inexperience showing there. I think some maps like Feudal Epic and King's Court II would be a lot nicer in 6p rather than 4, actually. However, I think more players equates to more luck.
