Federal employees are now banned from having sex with Chinese citizens.
The U.S. government has banned American government personnel in China, as well as family members and contractors with security clearances, from any romantic or sexual relationships with Chinese citizens, The Associated Press has learned.
There have been reports of Chinese “Honey Trap” spies for years.
Honey Traps are not new, but I think in the modern era they have been frowned upon by Western Spy Agencies. Maybe I am naive and we still use them too. That said, it’s been a reported tool of the Chinese Communist Party for years. It’s something that you’d think shouldn’t need to be spelled-out and codified for people with Security Clearances.

The US and Canadian regimes have put blockades on Chinese EVs as part of their joint efforts to prevent their citizens from having any contact with the outside world (the 'Kim' model of public administration). BYD have a decent presence in Europe though, I've seen a few around my way.

Reading these boards it seems clear that our cousins over in the northern section of the Americas can be somewhat insular.
